Shred Kelly Live at the Northern

I know these people, they are in a band. They are a bit of a big deal. Shred Kelly is looking to go on tour, and needed some photographic evidence of their radness, so they asked me to take a couple shots for their promo materials. If you book bands, and your are reading this, you need to book this band.

Shari and Rhylie

A friend of mine refered Shari and Rhylie to me. Shari had been getting photos taken of her and her daughter at "a Big-Box" photo studio for the last couple years, and thought it was time for something different.

Dan and Katrina

I have worked with Katrina for the last 5 years. The whole time I thought she and Dan were married. So, imagine my surprise when I found out they got engaged last November! I was even more surprised (and honoured!) when they asked me to be their wedding photographer. They are such a cute couple, and so great to be around. I think everyone enjoyed the ceremony, and you know what they say, "Rain on your wedding day is a good omen!"

Luc&Culley (aka Meghan)

So I gets this call Thursday night from my friend L'Wren. The conversation goes something like this:

"Hello, Kyle speaking"

"Kyle, its L'Wren. I'm am freaking out. I need some photography help."

"Okay, how can I help?"

"What are you doing Saturday?"

"Ummm, was going to go to the lake, and just hang out."

"No, you're not. I need a wedding photographer for my brother's wedding. What do you charge?"

"Didn't you guys leave this a little to the last minute?"

"The photographer we booked is getting air-lifted to Cranbrook Hospital right now. He has a broken jaw, a broken arm, he's in and out of consciousness, and he may need to go to Calgary."

"Oh! Umm, yep, I will do your photos!"
